Privacy notice
Who we are
2IM is a trading name of Next Generation Investment Management Ltd (Company No. 14031145), Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3DN. We're responsible for any personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you sign up to stay in touch, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, and your choices about hearing from us and from Homely. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
How we use it
To send you news from 2IM if you've asked us to, to share your details with Homely if you've chosen that, and to reply to you if you email us. Our legal basis is your consent for news and for sharing with Homely, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. Our email, website hosting and mailing service providers process it on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards.
If you sign up to stay in touch and choose to, we'll share your name and email address with Homely, our sister company, so they can help you buy a home. Homely is then responsible for your information under its own privacy notice: https://homely.co.uk/privacy-policy/. You can withdraw this at any time by contacting us at info@2im.co.uk — we'll tell Homely, and you can also contact Homely directly.
How long we keep it
If you sign up for news, until you unsubscribe. If you email us, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then no longer than 2 years unless we need it for legal reasons.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Contact us at info@2im.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We'll update this notice if we change how we use personal information. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
